I had multiple companies come out and quote our back yard for turf. They were very competitive and with their coupon you just couldn't beat the price. The sales rep was wonderful and I didn't feel like I was getting a high pressure sales job when I went in the showroom. Install crew was great and they got it done in 2 days. I would highly recommend them. We had one small thing I called about after the install and they were back out there within a couple of days to fix and all is great! They stand by their product.

Wow, there is so much to love about this turf style. We use it throughout multiple vacation home rental properties and couldn't be happier with the overall look, lack of maintenance needed and overall cost of upkeep savings. This is by far one of the best investments we've ever made for our home. We set out to create a nice lawn in our backyard not ever even thinking it would soon become our favorite "room" in the house! My company wanted to beautify our outdoor employee lounge area and this does the trick. We always had trouble growing natural grass, it just looked unfinished and terrible. Now the lounge area is a place people actually want to hang out thanks to this grass from Synlawn!

My wife and I did our due diligence and exhausted every synthetic turf dealer in our area. Time and time again we came back to SynLawn and the Augustine X47 product. Simply put, this is the best looking and best quality turf we found. Yes, it was a bit more than some of the competitors, but for something like this, we didn't want to "settle" for anything less than the best. The end result is a beautiful lawn and landscape we can be proud of and we tell everyone to check it out.

We went to all the hardware stores and looked at the turf offerings there, but nothing even came close to the quality of the SynAugustine product. We picked the X47 because it was the best looking and softest turf we found. We were also concerned about safety for our kids and pets and can rest assured we picked the right turf thanks to the USDA Certification and high drainage rate. Thanks SynLawn!

I saw a fake grass wall at my local Top Golf and asked around about it knowing I needed the same sort of look for my hair salon. After contacting Synlawn they came out and installed this grass vertically on a few walls and partitions which really set the design of the room off. When our clientele visits it feels like they're walking into a rain forest thanks to Synlawn.

Our condo association reluctantly voted to have artificial grass installed on our building's roof with little fan fare or expectations. Needless to say, everyone has been blown away by the end result. The roof looks incredible and is now a place where we can kick off our shoes and fellowship with our neighbors. "It has a natural color and texture that fools everyone that does not know it is synthetic. The lower layer of realistic thatch is the key to its natural look. I installed it myself and can truthfully say it was quite easy. A larger job might require professional assistance."

We bought this and had it installed back in September and it is now March and we have absolutely loved every minute of having it. The dogs love it, the grandchild loves it. It is WONDERFUL! Everything about the process -- working with the Synlawn people, the installers, questions answered before, during, and after --everything was excellent, the people were friendly, very knowledgeable, honest, and quite helpful.

Looks much better than alternative synthetic lawns - passers-by could be excused for thinning it was real grass. 1 inch thick thatch provides good cushioning. The specs for this grass says it does not require infill and that is probably a fair statement; though the long blades do tend to stay down rather than bounce back in areas where you might have stood for a few minutes. Having just purchased this product my review is limited not knowing how it will stand up over time.

We own two large dogs and for years we fought with trying to keep our backyard looking green and clean. Since we had SYNLawn installed the cleaning of waste is easier, no muddy areas. Over all much more hygienic then before. Dealing with Chesapeake Bay Synthetic Landscapes was also wonderful experience. They did a great job installing and have been following up with us on a regular basis to make sure we are happy.

I recently had my synlawn (SYNTipede 214) installed by Chesapeake bay Synthetic Landscapes. Now my back yard is no longer muddy or soggy. We just had a complete nightfall and day of rain and it still is not feeling "wet", I walk on it barefoot and the kids play on it having tons of fun. I am so excited at the prospects of being able to have a normal summer with outside play, pool time and running through the sprinklers without getting muddy. My favorite features are, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, (so green and pretty), soft for the kids to play, easy to maintain, no chemicals needed to maintain it, and the drainage which is essential while living in a wet zone. I highly recommend this for anyone with a small or large yard who are just tired of spending endless amounts of money trying to maintain a regular lawn.

We have had our product now for over a month, and I am unbelievably happy with it. I was hesitant to splurge on this product for our dog run, but after quite a bit of consideration and research into other options, we went for it!! My dogs are so happy, and more importantly.... NO MORE MUD IN THE HOUSE!!!! I can let the dogs use the doggy door as they please without worrying about the weather! I have one particularly naughty puppy, so I was not sure that it would hold up to his digging tendencies, but the install is so thorough that he hasn't even tried to mess with it.

i just completed my grass installation today and I could not be happier. Installation was straight forward and went smoothly. My new yard looks great and the dogs love it. They were laying on and rolling in the grass before I was even done My installation included 3 areas, two were 15x8 and one was 3x20. I chose the Syntipede 354 because I have 2 dogs but the main reason for redoing my yard was for the landscaping. I'm excited to have grass that doesn't need to be mowed or watered.

We have had our product now for about 45 days and we are completely happy with it. We live in a condo association with a very small fenced back yard and it was always difficult to mow and trim in such a small area. While we didn't initially want to spend the money, we continued to research the product and finally opted to do it after all and we're glad that we did! No more mowing, trimming or brown, thin grass it has been green since day 1 and looks great no regrets here!!

The sales rep told us that the X43 product was "the best of the best" when it came to quality and durability. Of course when you hear that you're thinking it's just salesman talk, but in this case, I fully believe it. We put this grass in a high-traffic common area and it has performed beautifuly. Where we once had nothing but concrete we now have a lush beautiful space that everyone can enjoy walking on.

We are using this product at a multi-use event facility that hosts all kinds of community events including weddings and art shows. This has been an absolute blessing as it suits the needs of our community on so many levels. Not only does it look great, the cleanup and maintenance is a Godsend. My school replaced the old dirt, gravel, mulch play surface with this playground grass and the results were immediately noticiable. We used to get at least 1 injury a day with kids having to visit the nurse. Now its more like once every other week. Cannot recommend this product highly enough.
